Starter2
Most conventional hydraulic starters require a pinion housing. Not all engine bell housings have enough space to accommodate such a design.
To overcome this problem, Hügli-Tech has developed the HCA and HCD series starters.
These designs use a soft engagement valve to gently engage the pinion into the flywheel before allowing the full oil flow to provide powerful cranking.
The elimination of the initial engagement shock, typical of a bendix drive, not only removes the need for support at the nose, but also reduces wear and service costs on all components.

(SHUT OFF) VALVES
MVX-Valve2
If flammable gas or vapour is drawn into the intake of a diesel engine it acts as an additional ungoverned fuel supply. When this occurs the only certain way to stop the engine is by the operation of an air intake shut down (shut off) valve. Failure to stop the engine can result in uncontrolled engine overspeed followed by mechanical failure or flash back from the intake resulting in ignition of the surrounding flammable atmosphere.

The RM Mixer is an enhanced sophisticated Air Gas blender based on the approved ring gap principal. Due to a precise mechanical gear system an accurate Lambda control tolerance smaller than +/- 0.01 is guaranteed. Engineering and design has achieved a level which allows using the mixer for Natural, Bio and other gas application. Robustness and environmental protection makes this mixer unique and extremely user friendly.

Moblie Shearing Machines

LEFORT chose ComAp’s InteliDrive to control, monitor and protect the SCANIA engine that powers the hydraulic systems.
The purpose of these shears machines is to compress and cut scrap metal into easy-to-handle pieces.
The scrap metal is first compressed into a large rectangular block in the body of the machine and then pushed backwards using a big ram and sheared into cubes by the rear-mounted guillotine.

Now is the new PLC Editor available, which helps users to access and activate additional functionality. It’s an integral part of GenConfig. The new editor brings a lot of new features and simplifies the PLC design.
ComAp´s free configuration tool GenConfig provides users with the ability to fully interface InteliGen NT and InteliSys NT controllers with associated peripherals.
Key features of the new PLC Editor
- Now, all PLC functions can be moved both horizontally and vertically in a more intuitive way
- Colour-coded and linked to relevant functions
- Blocks can be organized to reflect the real process flow
- Groups of blocks can be separated on each sheet to form sub-sets within design
- Detailed descriptions of inputs and outputs come complete with useful hints.
